Privacy Policy: What We See, Keep and Share

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy explains what BlushCall collects when you use the site, why, who else sees it and what you can do about it.

At a glance: we collect only what we need to run video chat, keep the site safe and take payments. We do not sell your personal information. Your browser asks before the camera or microphone is used, and you can change that answer at any time.

What We Collect

  • What you give us. Account details if you create an account, messages you send, and anything you write to support.
  • What your device tells us. Browser and device type, language, approximate location from your IP address and the pages and features you use.
  • Payment information. If you buy coins, payments are handled by third-party providers. We receive confirmation of the purchase, not your full card number.
  • Sign-in details. If you sign in with a third-party service, we receive the basic profile details it shares with us, such as a name and email address.

What Happens to Your Camera and Microphone

Video mode needs your camera and microphone, so your browser asks for permission first. During a call, video and audio are carried live between you and the person you are matched with. Text mode asks for neither. You can switch your camera off during a call, and you can withdraw permission at any time from your browser's site settings.

Keep in mind that the other person can see and hear what you share, and that anyone on any platform can record their own screen. The online dating safety tips explain how to protect yourself.

How We Use Information

  • To run the service: match you with someone, carry the call and process payments.
  • To keep it safe: detect fraud and abuse, and act on reports and blocks.
  • To improve it: understand which features are used and fix what is broken.
  • To talk to you: reply to support messages and send service notices.
  • To meet legal duties and to protect our rights and those of our users.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run BlushCall, such as hosting, real-time video, payments and analytics, who may use it only for that purpose. We may also share it when the law requires, to protect someone's safety or in a business transfer such as a merger. We may publish anonymous, aggregated figures that cannot identify you.

Cookies and Similar Tools

We use cookies and similar tools so the site can remember your session, keep it secure, save simple preferences and measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

How Long We Keep Things

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, keep the site safe and meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep some of it.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to certain uses or to withdraw consent you gave earlier. To make a request, write to support[at]blushcall.com, with [at] replaced by @, and say what you would like. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

Adults Only

BlushCall is for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has used the site, please tell us so we can act on it.

Changes and Questions

We may update this policy when the service or the law changes, and the date at the top shows the latest revision. The rules for using the site are in the terms of service, and any question about this page can go to BlushCall support.
