Contact BlushCall: Talk to a Real Person

A question about coins, a call that went wrong or something you want to tell us about the site? Send a message. Someone on the team reads each one.

Write to BlushCall Support

The support address is support[at]blushcall.com. When you write, replace [at] with the @ sign. It is spelled out like this so automated scrapers do not flood the inbox with spam, and retyping it takes a few seconds.

A person reads the inbox, not a bot, and replies usually take a few working days. If a week passes with no answer, send a short follow-up that mentions the date of your first message and we will find it.

Safety comes first. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services before you contact us. We cannot send help ourselves, but we can act on reports about accounts.

A Faster Answer Might Already Exist

Most questions are covered on a page you can open right now.

  • How does a chat start, what is free and where do coins come in? The page on how BlushCall works covers each step.
  • Someone behaved badly, or you want to know what you can do about it? Read the online dating safety tips for block and report.
  • Curious what happens to your information? The privacy policy explains it in plain language.
  • Want the rules of the service itself? The terms of service set them out.

Common Situations and What to Do

  • The camera or microphone will not start. Click the lock icon beside the address bar, allow the site to use them and reload. If it still fails, tell us your device and browser.
  • A charge you do not recognise. Write with the date and the amount. Never send a full card number.
  • Someone broke the rules in a chat. Block and report from their profile at the time. If you could not, describe what happened in your message.
  • You want your data corrected or deleted. Tell us which, and we will walk you through it. The privacy policy lists your rights.
  • You are a parent worried about a child. BlushCall is for adults. Write to us straight away so we can look into it.

What to Put in Your Message

A few details turn a long thread into a quick fix.

  • What happened, in your own words, and roughly when.
  • The device and browser you were using, for example "iPhone, Safari".
  • For payment questions: the date and the amount, never the card number.
  • For reports: whether you used block or report from the person's profile.

Please never include passwords or full card details, because we will never ask for them. Write in the language you are most comfortable with and keep sentences short, which also helps translation tools. A message sent at night is normally read the next working day.
